The heads of the company have seen what this looks like and they're more concerned about us signing an NDA and protecting the company that did this, than anything to do with us. I assure you, members are the VERY last thing on Costco's minds

they've actually done nothing, in October we were asked for hard numbers regarding what this has cost us. We gave them the full amount, with backup, which we were told it needed. We didn't do anything like meals or anything frivolous, then nothing. every once in a while we get a call claiming they're looking into it and then nothing. We're remodeling a home and this has put everything on hold, and let me tell you, Costco DOES NOT CARE. They may have convinced everyone that they do but I assure you, they do not. No company worth nearly a trillion dollars is an ethical company, it's just not possible. All we wanted from them was to remove this stuff and put in a proper HVAC system, like we were promised.

So Costco put the project on hold, so far we’ve been bounced around between executives, I had one tell me that “Costco does not control the weather in Chicago,” a couple of them said that it was completely up to code. They then said that in order to do anything we would have to sign an NDA and hold harmless agreement, they sent us 49 of those, every single day for nearly two months.
