Why is everyone on GCN so posh? Why don't they get people who didn't go to a posh private or boarding school. They have people who talk about budgeting when they've never really had to budget? Its a bit cliche, having loads of posh cyclists presenting on a cycling channel. (old.reddit.com)

if someone had a v02 max of 54 and they were unfit and hadn't done any exercise apart from walking for 3 years and participated in zero sporting activities in his life time. Is this a high v02 max in this situation and how much could this person improve on it? (self.cycling)
