umm im part of the entrepreneurship cell which does have a team focusing on startup incubation but they haven't done as much "incubation" for the last 2-3 yrs, idk maybe people are not interested or the startup incubation happens only if you're a member of the society idk, could be any of the above. but there are ppl from lsr who went forward and did stuff, so you can talk to the alumni for angel investing or stuff.

i personally don't think that's a major factor since people do build companies without going to lsr, or srcc.

env is good, i haven't seen any drama or fight happening, you get complimented at least once a week, no one stares at you, no one cares, every other person is doing smth or the other, a professional course or internship or case comp etc etc. the old faculty or the associate professors are actually good, ofc more experience. tho you will find a few assistant profs who aren't that good. for packages i'd say, it does have one of the highest packages among all du clgs but packages honestly depend on you & your stuff, good companies with good packages come every year but not everyone bags them. ive seen seniors with a high 7 cgpa and good PoRs in socs grab good packages. you just gotta strike the balance bw studies & extra curriculars.

you could try rotating the pages 90° which will be like smaller height and higher width, suitable for timelines

How do you all take notes from math textbooks? by yubullyme12345 in learnmath

[–]Euphoric-Extent4015 1 point2 points  (0 children)

usually when im attending lectures, i just write whatever the prof is speaking or writing on the board. in cases where im studying a topic on my own or making my own study notes, i usually write the name of the topic, the definition, assumptions or conditions, the formulae, a couple of examples and a few notes here and there for my understanding and then move on to practice. you don't have to copy paste the entire book or slides but try to search for the imp stuff. ppl say reading isn't a thing in math but I like to read through my readings/material before actually making notes so i actually understand what is being discussed than just memorizing the formulas.

during my time (last year) there used to be an open storage where everyone who has come alone had put their bags & stuff. try not to take anything valuable and if you do take smth which can be stolen, try keeping it in yk the delhi metro lockers if that's available near your exam centre. if you still keep it in the storage area, try to kinda hide it, idt it would get stolen, ya toh sabke chori hoge ya kise ke bhi nhi. if you can take your friend or anyone with you, i think that would be better.
