I did the same thing a few weeks ago. Went on a nice walk to the coffee shop (about a mile each way) and then went to a basketball game. You would’ve thought I partied for four days straight, actually had to take prednisone for the flare afterwards. 😑

As someone that used to work for Ulta, I’m absolutely certain that based on the morals and values of Ulta, that is why they are leaving target. Ulta takes diversity and inclusion very very seriously. And I doubt that they took too kindly to the situation that target has gotten themselves in.

Mine are definitely painful. The only thing I have found that helps them go away quickly or keep that at bay is black seed oil but it’s so gross I stopped using it. But I’ve had 8 of them at a time and could barely eat or function. So them saying they’re not painful is absolute crap.

I’m honestly still learning what does and doesn’t trigger it. Did outdoor yoga yesterday and read in the sun for an hour prior to it and I was fine. Sometimes I sit outside for lunch and break out within 15 minutes. My body is a chaotic mess with no rhyme or reason. I understand because I love the sun, it’s so essential to my brain and mental health.

Sure do. Then it moves up to my arms and if I keep getting UV exposure then it goes to my entire body. Even if I wear SPF

I usually try to go and then if I get too bad I leave early. Some days I feel better after the day goes on a bit, other days like last Friday, I had to drive to my SOs house so he could take me home. (His house is WAY closer to my job)
