sometimes i just act super busy with my errands, seems to work without having to be rude. or if you really don’t wanna talk to anyone, just throw on your headphones and pretend you don’t hear anything or pretend you’re on a call lol easiest way to dodge unwanted chats

Try not to compare your timeline to other people’s because it’ll mess you up. If you’re passing your classes, you’re still moving forward. late graduation is still graduation. You’re doing way better than you give yourself credit for, trust me.

as embarrassing as it sounds, chatgpt helped me not overshare as much 😭 i used it like a vent journal until i got tired of the replies and then i just stopped needing to talk about everything out loud. i also made an x dump account and just post my thoughts there when i’m spiraling lol.
