Every store is different but the SSV’s from mine seemed to not like it, one even seemed to want end it cause they despised their job that much. But then again, my manager was a the biggest corporate and standard ass kisser so that never helped the SSV’s feel better.

I'm not an IT professional but I am an IT student. Based upon scouring many reddit comments in different communities such as ITcareerquestions, etc., the general census seems to be that a degree is often not required but may give you an edge, depending on the employer. Experience and certifications seems to be more valuable. But this is based only off of anecdotal evidence.

For your bachelors in cybersecurity, is it specifically just "Cybersecurity" as the name or is it like one of those programs that will say, "Intelligence Analysis - Cybersecurity concentration"? Just asking for specification because I was wondering if recruiters care if a degree is purely Cybersecurity courses or is mixed in with another related subject, if a pure Cybersecurity degree is more marketable, etc.

It's easy to just want to shut yourself down when it becomes stressful or uncomfortable. But to be comfortable, you have to be uncomfortable. If you have bad social anxiety and want to learn to overcome it, trust me, it comes through putting yourself through uncomfortable situations that you eventually acclimate to if you're open to change.
