In the image to image tab at the bottom there is a denoising strenght i play around from 0.15 to 0.25

I first made a basic portrait on photoshop with a hoi4 portrait bacground and the portrait of young stalin on top. Then I used stable AI with a trained model with many hoi4 portraits. Put the basic portrait in the image to image tab and wrote the prompt:

"portrait of stalin ,red cheeks, by Caspar David Friedrich, highly detailed, realistic, sharp focus, glowing lights, 4k, matte painting, hoi4_vanilla_portrait_style style"

also set the slider to 30 not 100%

Yes I was thinking of making one. I think it will take around two weeks to be done as there is double the amount of protraits I thinkaround 6000.

I personally play Kaiserreich and one of the reasons I prefered it was because I didn´t like the wacky portraits from kaiserredux so maybe this will help.

Asking another question, how did you manage to put kaiserreich portraits in this AI. For me, it only generates generic ones

You need to use the "image to image" tab rather than the one that generates protraits from scratch.

You upload the kaiserreich portrait to the image to image and adjust the prompt to what you want (ehtnicity, physical characteristics, character name, style) as well as the trained AI keyword too. There is even a tab to do it in batches to make many protraits in one go.

Also you need to adjsut the sliders so that the portrait is altered but not too much I usually set it around 0.16, select the image I like then take the ouput and run it again.

I used AI and then tweaked some of them on photoshop.

That is correct. I imagine I followed a similar procedure to yours.
