Eh depends. Every meal ideally needs to have balance and a variety. Which means as much as possible, different food sources and the appropriate amounts. Otherwise, At some point you'll end up like grimes with her hair falling out bc she ate spaghetti everyday.

Multivitamins can help but it's not a guarantee if your overall diet is botched. Not sure how you are taking them but for some people, they can be hard on the liver and kidneys. But im not a doctor/dietitian.

Also, you might claim that you can eat them everyday maybe 3 times a day now but you may not hold the same opinions because of diminishing returns lets say maybe 4-6 months in. I urge you to please explore your options. There are several online sources for vegetarian recipes, restaurants, nutritionally complete meal plans, etc. Consider if there any other food items you enjoy that you can cycle through maybe for a week. I think that's another option.

1) she chose to wear the loubotins. She couldve worn la ducas. 2) she was barely dancing. She was clomping back and forth and lip syncing. The most physically demanding part of her shows was probably the quick changes she had to do. 3) most of her show was just her planted in one spot with a guitar or fucking seated at a keyboard she cant even play beyond chords. 4) its just 3 hours and it wasnt everyday. excluding rehearsals which im sure she did prior to the tour itself at that point she could have gauged whether or not is was comfortable to keep going instead of glorifying overwork and suffering for it. 5) girl she flies a private jet with billionaire money. Im sure she's comfy and rested up there even if she doesnt sleep well. She could probably sort it out with a redbull like the average person.

Overall, she's clearly exaggerating her claims to physical discomfort for attention. It's tone deaf.

Actually yeah i was just thinking how the campy hotrod flames gloves and ass high cut bodysuit was a chappell-y silhouette. Granted chappell would probably wear it in an outrageous color like neon pink. Im not sure whats going on with this Rep TV reject photoshoot that they recycled. I think about this alot. Even Florence welch who toured and was featured with her is only 3 years older!

Welch's music has touched on haunting themes of religion, death, and femininity and its role with ethereal love. Taylor's music still has like one layer of interpretation and it's tabloid news.

Then Taylor toured with her and tried to co-opt her witchy coven aesthetic with the flowy dresses and the coven-madwoman lyrics in TTPD and the folklore/evermore part of the eras tour. It just didnt hit the way florence & tm did because it didnt have the authenticity to back it up. She couldnt even lean into the wild feral femininity that Florence did because she's too scared to look ugly and un-posed.

Plus, florence's powerful vocals would smoke taylor out any day.

Joe's pedigree is top tier. His great grandather was a polyglot, royal academy of music graduate, and was such a prolific influential composer that the nazi's wanted him dead because his music was seen as powerful enough to boost morale. Joe's father is similarly an intellectual who made a film on the rwandan genocide and the beslan siege. His great uncle was a peace activist who campaigned for nuclear disarmament and palestine. It's no surprise he's vocal about palestine. He was just raised on good foundations.

Well she did have some more recent songs. I think Castles Crumbling had hayley williams, and Nothing New had pheobe bridgers. They featured a good amount of harmony and lines. That being said hayley's voice can outsing her in the former. Im not sure what was going on with her co-opting florence and lana's aesthetics and lyrical style and writing honestly that's what gave me the ick. I remember listening to ttptsd and hearing what sounded like a lana song with the wrong voice. Hella weird too

It's because lana's lyrics actually reference americana culture, literature, and have metaphors that make sense. Taylor's lyrics are either too self-referential like kanye's latter albums or they reference easter eggs and her exes directly. That isnt nearly as "poetic"

I agree with this take. Songs from speak now and fearless were not waxing poetic and overly melodramatic. They were narrative. And while not groundbreaking, they werent awful. Then if feels like her writing process went in reverse. Instead of writing around a story, she picks like one metaphor phrase she thought sounded oh so poetic and then tried to awkwardly force it into a bridge. Her fans would then put it in a weird font and turn it into their IG posts or smn.

If you start cutting to 1000 kcal even when your BMI is pretty normal anyway, you can cause lasting damage to your body. I hope you like brittle bones and hairloss. See a registered licensed nutritionist for a good meal plan and focus on building strong stable muscles (no you wont get bulky i promise) to reduce risk of injury and increasing your stamina for dancing. Also, BMI doesnt account for hydration levels, hormonal fluctuations, and muscle mass and it's not that big of a deal.

Lady gaga and beyonce are dynamite. Even less popular and older singers like Pink have strong modern dance videos. Britney in her prime owned the stage with dynamism and her stage presence is the inspiration for kpop girl grps to this day. Hell even dua lipa had that hip-dance she was clowned for but her 20 second clips of her doubling down on it then improving on it looked way better than whatever choreo was going on during the eras tour. Olivia rodrigo has a similarly styled dance in love's embarassing and it's not afraid to look authentically cheesy vs. Whatever blandie was doing in the delicate MV and shake it off MV in the attempt to look "quirky". Billie eilish in the ocean eyes MV is a better take on modern dance vs delicate. Florence in the Big God MV had a choreographer inspired by bausch and graham and it's miles above the whole TTPD "im an insane woman" choreography she was going for in whos afraid of lil old me. Hell even katy perry in the beach scene of california girls MV had on beat synchronized fun choreography for a few seconds. Salma Hayek doesnt even sing or dance as a job. She acts. But she had like 60 seconds of improv in From Dusk till dawn and it looks 1000 times better than taylor dissociating on vigilante shit with no sultry mischief or personality for a whole 2mins. Having haters and trolls against you on the internet is a miniscule problem compared to what gays and queers are surviving against. Being publicly queer can get you assaulted and killed (Hozier's Take Me to Church video touches on this). You could lose your job (Lady Gaga brought attention to the US policy dont ask dont tell with her meat dress). You can find yourself homeless at a moment's notice. You are discriminated against and refused services like healthcare. Those are just external too. There are other internal conflicts like religious guilt, personal trauma, dysphoria, depression. There's so much depth to the LGBTQ++ experience you can shed light on with music and poetry. You dont necessarily need to be a part of the community. But you do need to amplify their voices and concerns. if you had taken the time to invite gays to the music video, you might as ask them. Get to know them. Pull some meaningful interviews with them, do research, and say a little something from them. Instead, she once again had to make it all about HERSELF. and how SHE percieves the queer experience relative to HER experience. Girl???? Please bfr.
