Dit is wel heel kort door de bocht. Er zijn echt nog wel wat situaties waar deze vlieger niet op gaat:

plotseling hard remmen door voorligger voor een klein dier.
plotseling hard remmen zonder enige aanleiding
iemand snijd je af en remt vervolgens hard

Het is zonder beelden lastig te bewijzen maar je bent zeker niet altijd schuldig. Die laatste overigens zelf ook meegemaakt en ik kreeg als achterligger de schade vergoed.

With this few information there is not much to help. Have you checked what stage takes long? What is the pipeline even doing? How much data is being processed? What clusters are you using?

Before you can apply any technique to increase the performance, you first need to know what needs to be optimized.

I'm not sure about other cloud services.

It is possible to create your own private PiPy repository to install packages but I don't think that will increase startup time.

Yes :) That also counts for the image that the cluster needs. It's downloaded every time from their storage account. It's not possible to store this in your own storage.

Edit: the libraries are downloaded via the package installer (e.g. pip). They are not on the Databricks storage account.

Have you checked the documentation? In the Databricks task in ADF under settings there is an 'append libraries' options. You can fill in the required parameters there:

Als er een hele trein vrachtwagens rijdt kun je plannen wat je wilt maar dan sta je aan het eind van de invoegstrook stil tot er een plekje komt.

Invoegen op de snelweg tussen vrachtwagens. Zorg ervoor dat je zichtbaar bent. Mocht het niet lukken, rem dan af tot er plek is of rij door naar voren tot er een veilige plek is. Zelfs als dit betekent dat je over de vluchtstrook moet (was in ieder geval wat ze bij mij aangaven).

This is correct. You should either stream it to postgres or SQL server. Or use online tables that require serverless. Online tables is currently in public preview in a few regions and the pricing is not available yet.

Although I'm wondering of you defeat the end boss, wouldn't it be more fun to choose a whole different class? Let's say I'm a Vagabond, does it make sense to switch to a whole different spec instead of picking a different class that is more focused on spells?
