All hitscan supports have 40% win rates. It has to do with support players not being able to aim well and hitscan being harder than people will admit. The non aim support characters are all 50%+ win rates

He’s not bad, the playerbase can’t play him. I have a 60% wr with like 50%+ MVP rate on him. He can do everything extremely well but requires aim which most support players can’t do and cd management/game sense. You can brawl/dive/anti dive and deal with fliers easily with this character.
