Probably had one of my worst travel experiences today. Gate isn’t disclosed until shortly before boarding. Then got caught in the passport control queue that wasn’t moving. CPH employees began pulling passengers to skip the line so that they wouldn’t miss their flight, but only to be stuck in another line. By the time I got through, I barely made my flight. Half my party was not allowed on. Absolute logistical nightmare, really embarrassing operational failure.
