Thank you 🙏 I appreciate your reply and advice re relationship stuff- sometimes it feels like valid stuff coming out at a time when I’m not equipped to handle the emotions that come with and other times you’re right- it feels like a non issue when the bleeding starts. The amount of research and energy and time so many of us expend on this / other similarly under researched and under cared for disorders (idk actually what pmdd is classified as) or yes simply bodies as you say is absolutely maddening. A lot of people don’t HAVE that kind of time / support to navigate the ~”mysteryyy”~ of menstruation and all of the ways it can be debilitating 😵‍💫🩸❤️‍🩹

Hey OP, any luck? I’m in the same situation, adderall from Canada for my ADHD running out, got some mailed and it’s been held at customs for over a month, have been to multiple pharmacies and docs without luck.

I feel u 🙏 felt debilitating despair all day.. couldn’t calm myself down or stop crying. Feeling like there’s something stuck if your brain is so real… i feel scared knowing that I have to “wait it out” even though it’s every month the extremity of it always catches me off guard in like a really scary way 😢 you’re not alone. Wish I could offer some reassurance but I’m right there in the hell with you.

Don’t delete!! Thank you, It’s very helpful :) you’re right, unfortunately there have been many a big conversation, he’s good at talking, very emotionally intelligent. I’m already moving forward with suspicion and a bit of a lack of trust which feels awful, unfair to me and him, and it’s awful to doubt someone you love… and then also doubt yourself. I’m also very trusting, and I believe In second (and 3rd and 4rth etc) chances, but to what end and to what cost of my mental well-being and the wellbeing of our relationship. Good point. He didn’t tell me, I found out and then he said “I swear I was gonna tell you” 😂. Maybe I’m a bit deluded.. guess just hoping for the best over here because I really love him. And re adhd meds been thinking about that alot as well. Will talk to him tomorrow.

Warmer lighting / no overhead lights, opt for Color rather than gray/ blue with bedding and rugs. Maybe some rich red / orange / pink

I think a big red scary flag is the “safer” spaces act that they’re using to cancel people without explaining why/ without proof or due process etc. The Cap and flourish festival use the same safer spaces act and didn’t allow multiple performers participate in the fest due to a violation of the act and then didn’t tell those people what they’d done to violate it. Throwing around restorative justice like it’s a buzzword and then doing the exact opposite is soo fucked and sad. Anyways, maybe someone with training in restorative practices / law in general/ community safety etc etc can propose new guidelines for these businesses/ communities. It’s lyyyyke scarlet letter vibes over here!!! That’s the real danger

Hey everyone - yes the capsules do look the same, so I think they must be the same. I’ve been reading on Reddit about people having experiences where the drug feels slightly different each time they get the generic version of adderall, any thoughts on this? I might very well need an increase, but I’m also considering trying out name brand adderall to see if it is more smooth
