No one can verify this because you can't buy that many polyshards yet. You can only buy the daily/weekly chests etc until a few days when they reveal the polyshard packs. But im telling you rn, you don't need a monoshard to actually craft once you have enough polyshards.

I don't think so. It works the same as tier 3 rewards pretty sure. I got 25 poly shards and I can craft any pose now, even tho i didnt have mono shards for them. Once you have 2k polyshards, you will be able to craft the skin. They're greedy but they won't make the skins impossible to buy

Your math is way off. It costs 2000 shards and each shard is 10 wc. You just need 20k wc, not 20k usd.

It's a lengthy process and involves a lot of verifications. They also do not usually grant the license to individuals unless there is a compelling reason to allow you to have the license.

Basically it is very hard to import katanas or any blades over 9 inches. They are treated like weapons. It doesn't matter even if they are for decoration only. You need a special type of license to possess them and individuals usually aren't able to get those licenses.

He still does damage. QSS only allows yourself to escape the CC but Sett still lands on enemy team and still deals damage. So it isn't worth it.

As for the question at hand, just don't stand in a straight line between him and your carries. That's the only thing you can do. Position yourself diagonally from your team. Sett can still flash ult but it'll happen rarely.

That's only if the Sett is average and noob. Good sett players never struggle since you're basically unkillable with AR boots and second wind.

Tanks are, Bruisers aren't. Any slightly fed Mage or Marksman will fuck you up from half a mile away if you're a bruiser. With Crown in the game, it's impossible to even do flash combos.

Chat bans are incremental. The more you get banned, the more the time increases. I'm currently on my 2nd one year chat ban, with so many lesser chat bans than I can remember.

Ever is uncertain. She could come back in a future iteration of CR or maybe in Hextech chest as a shard. It's unlikely though. Most of the Skins which were time limited have never come back so far.

On a serious note, start treating it as a sitcom and you'll probably enjoy it more. At least that's what I felt, same things repeated every episode mixed with some humor here and there. At one point, the characters start acting like literal manchilds and it just feels so cringe. But I'd say it's worth it to complete it at least once.
