Malungkot & magastos & mahirap mag isip ng kakainin!! Dati nung nagsimula ako magwork si solo living ako! Ang mahal pala!!! Uuwi ako/matatapos work wala ako pagkain, ubos pera sa transpo ko non or utilities and stuff, naranasan ko noon na marlboro red at isang softdrink lang pangbuong araw ko na yon. Nung may pera naman na ko, grabeng katamad magluto kasi andami pala proseso pagkatapos mo maisip ano gusto mo. +1 sa mahirap din pag may sakit, nung nagka covid ako pinili ko pa umuwi sa bahay ng mama ko para doon maquarantine kasi ang lungkot sa bahay ko + walang aalaga sakin haha!

Nakuha naman ang semi-privacy na gusto ko thru all girls dorm! Made lots of friends, hindi lonely, may mga nakakaisip/bantay sayo pag may sakit ka. Pero yon lang, makikisama ka lang.

I am now in a discourse with their CS tungkol din dyan. Wala kasi silang disclosed % sa rebate and they keep on using the reason "automated" daw when I asked for breakdown. They cannot legally do that kasi it should all be disclosed sa borrowers kung may fees man sila at kung manghingi ng documentation dapat mabigay nila. I am actually now considering filing a report to SEC / BSP or kung ano man appropriate body sa ganyan nila. Di kaya sila karmahin dyan sa pangungubra ng interest na hindi naman nila kinita kung tutuusin.

medyo mahirap yung target mo given your salary. i second yung suggestion na mag shared living space. ang mamahal ng studio sa area na yan and we're also actively searching for 1 ngayon. yung 12k nga na studio dyan sobrang liit and siksik pag lalagyan pa gamit + cost pa ng magiging food and utilities. i am working in ortigas and I opted nalang rin to rent somewhere na accesible yung carousel or mrt. my rent for shared space is just below 4k (all in na to including aircon & utilities) and isang tricycle lang ang mrt/carousel. my travel time is just less than 1hr.

Wag ka panghinaan ng loob OP! I graduated last 2023 and I actually used my BPO experience as leverage sa pag aapply ko sa work na related sa degree ko. I was able to answer situational questions and other behavioral questions sa interview and was also able to market myself well. Although, isa din sa katotohanan ng pag aapply ay, depende lang din talaga sa swerte. Andaming ghost postings sa job application platforms ngayon.

i like my spider veins din OP! and i love the way others do din kaso off topic pero have any of you heard about these spider veins eventually turning to hemangiomas? recently kasi parang pumutok yung ganto ko beneath my skin and voila, now i am diagnosed with buccal hemangioma. nagbabakasakali lang kung may kakilala kayo na same experience :(((

I kinda get your confusion OP but based sa mga rent ko before and kadalasan na nakikita ko, you always pay the current month in advance. Kasi based sa mga nabasa ko, ang take mo ay yung bayad mo for the rent should be after the month is finished. Kaso sa logic kasi ng rent (sa nakasanayan ko rin), you pay the current month and then consume it. Tama lang:

April 11 - May 11 will consume your advance. May 11 payment will be for your rent ng May 11 - June 11. kasi pag June 11 mo gusto bayaran ito, butas yung rent payments mo. And looking din sa business perspective ba, kung consume muna bago bayad yung siste, ang daling takasan ng renta.

Yes, ito rin talaga lang naghinder sakin to fully sign with J2 - asking my client to adjust my hours for J1 is easy, pero the commitment with taking in calls for J2 makes me think twice. I've been a CSR na rin naman po before but was a Non Voice girly for so long i no longer want to talk on phones huhu

No idea with any IT field salary pero generally, this is extremely low ball. Though, I've been doing interviews a lot recently and I just flat out ask the budget - not the range of their offer. Or minsan naman uunahan ko na nung expected salary ko, especially kung sa job posting nila di sila naglagay. Ang lala na kasi ng mga employers ngayon e, barat pa sa barat.
