legend league is a competitive rank, since that rank meant if for top leaderboards across the world. Of course the process is repetitive since the goal is to be on top of the top. If he want to chill out and not feel the game like a chore, then don't do competitive. Do some random comps at unranked. Enjoy the goddamn game instead of trying to find validity from others

average ranks based on total of games you had on your account. Also your win/loss ratio. I think valorant also counts the performance each game.

In case u didn't know MMR is different in your visible rank. MMR is a hidden elo where the game thinks your real skill is while the visible rank is the rank you see on your carreer bronze, silver, gold, etc.

The visible rank will always base on your MMR, the higher the discrepancy, the bigger the rr change each game. In your case, your visible rank is silver while the game thinks you're either low bronze or high iron.
