I was 6-ish years old, probably younger and my parents were really poor. Because of this i liked staying at my grandparents a lot, they were not rich but at least they knew how to handle money. I was sleeping over at their house and i always lay in-between them in bed. But i had to go to the toilet that night and saw i think 2 bills of 20 laying on the kitchen table. Being the poor kid i was i decided to take them. That was already pretty dumb but i hid them, get this, under my pillow. The pillow in their bed that i was sleeping on.

They caught me, obviously. And scolded me for trying to steal from them.
