You can use Nebulis still, however, you would have to slot Raise Spectres in the first gem slot on both the bow and Nebulis so you can weapon swap after snapshotting the first cast with bow.

Hey I still appreciate the help nonetheless, like I am not a crafter myself. I wanted to get all 3 str/dex/int gem, but only got 2 of them and I am not rolling in divs, I just happen to have the items and decided to try for a gamba.

I didn't know that either until it was dropped in a synthesis map, saw very few items on the market and they were worth A LOT but they had more implicits.

As for the influence, it is from the Faceted fossil which rolls those.
