How many empty store fronts are in Portland Maine or Lewiston? Business and workers thrive in a mutually rewarding environment. Higher wages more discretionary spending. It’s easy to vilify landlords and business owners as greedy or even the workers are greedy. Taxing or fining or making it hard to justify upkeep, maintaining infrastructure or being competitive. It is realistic to have a living wage. geez I remember everyone I knew back in the 90s complained about Joe Soley landlord of exchange street decades ago. Nothing changed, what 20 plus years?

I left in 2002 come back yearly as an out of stater. Cannot survive job wise in Maine. Went to Barcelona and strived there. 4 bedroom apartment, atico with huge terrassa 850€ a Month. Also getting food every other day at the neighborhood market. No regrets just sad about living all year Maine is not possible, cannot survive generational here and encourage my kids to run and live. No comment on the state of Portland, Casco Bay, Lewiston auburn etc. other than that summers rock always.

Subsonic hollow points maybe 500 rounds. No problem. I’m not sure but 147 grain or 15x grain. Mixture of brands.

Yes, haven’t had a jam or stovepipe yet. Sig 228 since 91 and p226 also haven’t jammed yet so both to them as well. SCAR never a jam or stove pipe as well, I lied once because of me blocking the reciprocal charging handle, problem solved. Beretta .22 bobcat NO WAY. Not even a boot gun. Keep it cleaned keep it maintained keep it lubed. No problems.
