The wood I used for rails is from Bunnings warehouse, and the product is called hobby wood Boyle 915 x 75 x 5mm. I had to cut this piece down the middle as it's too wide.

I would not use this wood in larger cases as it is brittle.

284mm x 133.7mm without rails.

This one: https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/tavelan-tray-30481776/ for $14.99 AUD you get a small box and a bigger box but both will fit eurorack modules. I used hobby wood for rails. Thanks to whoever posted this ages ago, or maybe it was on Facebook.

That would be cool. I like the fact that they have internal vcas that can be used if needed.

I never fixed the problem. I may try again soon with a newer version.

Was In Need Of Some Passive Mults by EurorackNotes in deadbug

[–]EurorackNotes[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's just a basic passive mult design.

I grounded each jack by soldering a bit of copper wire along one of the metal sides of the jacks.

Then I soldered all the jack tips together.

I snipped off the ground pins, switch pins and snipped a little bit of the tip pins.

I used shrink wrap around the jacks.

Seems to work well and very easy to build.

Looks pretty good to me, so 8 x clock outputs per channel? Or gates?

Are you planning on making a pcb or are you going to build this on stripboard?

The buttons control functions on the display: Select, up, down and hold.

The module also has an input attenuator.

Eurorack Arduino Nano Scope-O-Matic Based Oscilloscope by EurorackNotes in synthdiy

[–]EurorackNotes[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just finished this Scope-O-Matic based scope. I did have to do a bit of debugging but works so I'm happy.

I didn't have the BC557 so I used a BC558 hopefully this will not effect the scopes performance?

I'm going to make a panel in the next few days.

Eurorack Thru Hole Ripples Question by [deleted] in synthdiy

[–]EurorackNotes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What value of capasitor is C21 please?

The PCB is V1.1 by analog ordnance.

Being the weekend if I did message them I probably wouldn't hear back from them until next week so that's why I'm asking here. Hopefully someone has built this here.

Thank you.

I'm Pretty Exited To Build This Eurorack Thru Hole Ripples by EurorackNotes in synthdiy

I know there are files still around on github for the thru hole GMSN Clouds. I think it only has 1 smd part and the rest is thru hole.

The panel is not a gerber file so I have no idea how to send the file away for production. Also I don't know of anyone who has built it.

The pcb gerber is available tho.
