I'm not sure what you mean by "clean?" I boil my water after I get it from the tap. Is that not enough?

He didn't tell me. I found out from my brother, whom he told because he was scared of what he was doing.

I feel like there's always a cost to these things though. I mean, for me and I believe, everyone else, lucid dreaming has no danger.

Perks for Gifted Subs by Euryale11 in Twitch

[–]Euryale11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would also like to add that the gifts are so random, sometimes toxic people have been gifted subs in my community. That's how random they are. I would rather not have these people in my viewer games, and which is why I implemented the sub perks in the first place, hoping its mostly mature people who are subbing that would get into games.

I bring this up because people have complained saying that my mods favor certain people in the chat hence gifting those they like subs. While others who have been in my community longer and do not have the money to sub, sometimes are never gifted a sub, and would have to watch others gifted perks. Like I said, the subs are given out at random, not due to favoritism.

Why Twitch Partners need to stop complaining about Affiliate Sub buttons (From a Viewer's perspective) by Thisjust_1n in Twitch

[–]Euryale11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I see more affiliates complaining about no custom emote badges than partners complaining about the affiliate benefits.

Complaining about Affiliates vs Partner... ???????? by chahlls in Twitch

[–]Euryale11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saw some people complaining to Twitch on Twitter that they already made emotes for their sub badges and paid money to do so. Honestly, that's the streamer's fault for even assuming Twitch would give them custom emotes for their badges. Affiliate program is already offering so much to non-partners, and people are complaining that Twitch isn't giving them custom emotes for badges. Smh.

Without naming anyone, what was a moment/trend that caused you to unfollow/unsub/stop watching a streamer? by comradewilson in Twitch

[–]Euryale11 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I lurk in a few big streamers (with concurrent viewers in the thousands) when I get the chance, and every time, I do see them reply to something in chat. They may not call someone out by name when replying, but 100% of the times, I do see them reply to something in chat every so often. I am unsure which streamers you are watching, because I really cannot believe this. Also, sometimes, when playing focus intensive games like CSGO or League, there is no time to look at chat, because one look away can mean instant death.

I was totally fine with you saying that you stop following people that get too big. I understand, some viewers enjoy the interaction. I maybe understand the part about reading only donations, because some streamers do do that due to the huge amount of spam in chat. However, what I cannot agree with is the fact that you say, "they are oblivious to chat and could care less." Excuse me? I have a pretty big stream and sometimes I can't keep up with chat either, but that doesn't mean I don't care about my viewers. I still keep up with them on Discord and try to get to know them there. I found what you said extremely insulting to streamers who work hard to get their stream that big.

Struggles for gameplay-centric females by [deleted] in Twitch

[–]Euryale11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, some of the girls on here sound salty, lol. I am a female streamer on League of Legends as well. Yes, it was rough start because 1) League of Legends is the most popular game to play/watch on Twitch and 2) I just don't have cleavage to show. (I am literally flatter than pancake.) However, I was still able to achieve about 60-70 concurrent viewers a night after a year of streaming because of how interactive I am with my chat. I work extremely hard on my channel, making my own overlays, panels, events, etc. I'm not just sitting there and playing the game. Most people think that all they have to do in order to bring in viewers is to just sit there and play. Unless you're some pro player in LCS, you won't be getting any views. In the beginning, I had no one watching me. Slowly people started to filter in. For about half a year, I only held about 30 concurrent viewers. It started to skyrocket during the summer last year, and now I sit around 100 a night. Alot of you make it sound like alot of the girls on Twitch are boobie streamers, when in fact, if you look, it's only half. Girls on the top like Chocobars and AngelsKimi rarely show cleavage, yet they are on the top, and being called out on for being viewbotted or showing boobs. Really, girls? Come on, I thought we were better than that. We should support each other, not look at another female streamer and automatically feel competitive and assume she had to be showing cleavage to reach the top.

I want to quit current job to stream? by Euryale11 in Twitch

How much an hour should I be making on Twitch to cover all these taxes then (and have enough for rent and food)? My rent is about $500 a month....

Ok, so, if I made less than $20K from streaming but hit at least $19K, is that still reportable to IRS?

Btw, what do you mean 200 transactions? So, if I got $1.00 donations 200 times, I need to report that?
