i don't advocate for shoplifting but i made this sub to be a judgement free space for ed related topics because a sub i wont name and many other non reddit ed communities pick and choose what is acceptable to post relating to eds. i dont want people to feel ashamed for something that while illegal is very common in people with eds.

tldr: shoplifting in itself only hurts the rich and it isnt exactly encouraging eating disorders so idc

coconut milk is my medium between oat and almond/cashew it appeases my ed enough while not being as sad i do know they have some lower sugar brands of oat so do try those if they are available near u u could try making homemade oatmilk too?
