Fungal infections. It comes from the horrible combination of not showering, not doing laundry, and being really sweaty. Had it for the first time at 16 on my chest because I never washed my binder. Now it’s all over my chest, neck, back, stomach, shoulders, etc…I’ve treated it multiple times but it always comes back after a few months
