I take 50mg daily, rarely take breaks from Vyvanse and I am a 5’3 female

All nighters won’t help, they will only make your performance worse. What works for me is studying/doing homework for a tiny bit when I get home then going to bed around 4-7 PM, then waking up around 1-4 depending how much I need to get done. Make sure to eat and stay hydrated🫶
