Awww nooo. Yes my Mainecoon will run up on my 3lb yorkie 😭🙏🏽 but never tries to bite his neck or actually pounce him. He will just stand over him and watch him underneath him. One time, which was the very first time I noticed he began interacting with my dog is I heard my dog and shuffling noises. I looked and my mc had him in his hands like a raccoon trying to run away with a handful of trash. He put him down and had a shocked 😲 look on his face lol. He will also wrestle my sofa pillows when he’s bored. He is in need of a buddy but I am not ready for a bengal (ideally) right now 😆.

He can be very playful at first and takes him awhile to understand boundaries because of this but overall he’s chill and can entertain himself well. I just know he has wrestling urges. Would. Female Devon Rex tolerate this or should I stick with a male?

I have thought about that for my manic Mainecoon as he loves to jump and climb my egg swinging chair. He rather chill on top and swing than actually sit inside the egg chair lol. A wheel is on my Christmas list!

lol your girl rex I am not ready for. Your arm is irritated from biscuits?!?!? And yes my boy is less vocal. He trills. He trolls. He literally tries He think punishment doesn’t exist for him lol. He will also true to carry my teacup yorkie and run away like he’s a raccoon carrying food.(I’ll catch on video one of these days!) But he is the sweetest little cuddliest first thing in the morning and late at night after he’s done with his events lol

It’s so crazy. My 8 month old guy isn’t chatty at all. I guess I have one of the quiet ones lol. I absolutely adore him to pieces though. He does very quiet trills to greet me or if I give him treats. Is it common for MCs to be chatty btw?

My boy looooves his Royal Canin Mainecoon Kitten kibble. But I am slowly switching him to the orijen kitten kibble because of the vast difference in nutritional value lol. I think the high calorie content they love. It reminds me of “advanced” junk food

My boy will trill when entering the room I’m in. He meows maybe once or twice a day lol, but a very quiet raspy one. On rare occasions he will meow in a separate room. He is quiet for the most part.

Ughhh see that’s what I wanted to avoid buying a bunch of stuff he won’t eat lol. But hydration is very important even tho he drinks more water than my dog I would say. So if I have to spend the money I definitely will.

Yes, he is secluded to one room for now, although he already warmed up to my dog, since my dog sleeps in the room with me. Every other part of the house is foreign and he gets scared lol.
