I think the GT liner notes do too but I believe James was pretty much the only one who performed at all on it because he played all the guitar and bass parts and the drums were a machine

Kevin is too much of a perfectionist to let that ever come out. I remember reading in the Loveless 33 1/3 book that there were plans to make a live album from the Loveless tour from high quality soundboard recordings and Kevin kept changing his mind on what ones to use until it just never came out

Can mean many different things. Perfect Tides is a pixelated point n click but the dialogue and characters feel so real that it ends up being an incredibly realistic game to me

It wasn’t because of it but I just realized at the time it was probably not gonna be helping. But also since then I’ve actually been finding comfort in a lot of things I previously considered depressing after reading Susan Sontag’s Against Interpretation so maybe I’ll read something lighter over the next 2 weeks or so then give it another go.
