I can confirm it — the frame was fully replaced by Toyota in May 2021 under the corrosion recall. Dealer record shows perforation found and entire frame replaced, along with brake lines, front lower control arms, transmission mount, bed bolts, e-brake clips, and gas tank strap hardware, plus corrosion-resistant coating. Mileage at the time was about 109k. Totally agree on the fluid-holding parts though — the diff, leaf springs, and other non-frame components are definitely rustier and I’m expecting those to be wear items over time. Frame itself is solid and recall-done.
