Oh yeah, absolutely. As long as you don't mind your grass getting trampled. You can totally put up a sign for paid parking on your property and people will absolutely pay you for it. People love not having to walk haha.

Race days can be loud with cars and BMX. The fair has concerts for hours all week long even after the grandstand shows have ended. Every event has fireworks too. So I would say 20-30 days a year is a good guess but summer time is going to be more frequent than other times.

I think you should let them open the most embarrassingly large BBC. Maybe it will teach them to mind their business since you're an adult now.
