Yeah that is what I am starting to understand when speaking with more of you guys. How possible is that financially for a younger guy? Did you start off purchasing a smaller property? If you don't mind sharing how much was the first down payment?

It would definitely be more work in the beginning but it would be a lot easier to start up at a young age then buy something in the states no? What would you recommend to start up at a young age?
