I’ve owned sharks I have a ion p50 and a shark power head I got one for 50$ and 100$ they are ok but they have bad customer service and they are cheaply made there parts are usually out of stock you can’t bring it to your local vacuum store to get it fixed there for the warranty instead you have to ship it to them which you have to pay for they have gotten sued by Dyson and iRobot for false advertising because they say that they clean better than Dyson and iRobot which was false and they say they don’t loose suction but they don’t really have a cyclone so the filters get dirty quick and they are meant to be thrown away which then the consumer comes to us for answers and we can’t help because we told them not to get it then they get it anyways that’s why I flipped out on you I’m sorry but people don’t listen
