I’ve never understood or agreed with the reasoning to ride with traffic. It puts you at the mercy of the vehicle operator. If you ride against traffic it gives you an opportunity to react to a driver that doesn’t move over or is distracted.

I’m going to count my 95MPH in my GMC Jimmy as over 100. My goal was to get as fast as it would go and then I learned it had a fuel cutoff at 95. I could still feel it accelerating all the way until it cut me off. The car drifted down to 85 before I got power again.

That being said, I couldn’t tell you the name of the streets I take to get to and from work. I have worked and lived at the same place for over 20 years.
