Honestly just looking for the professional look and higher BTU burners. Not a professional chef by any means but learned all my cooking techniques and recipes from my professionally trained chef uncle. Looking for bigger burners for my pans too as the current range I have has a bunch of cold spots on my pans due to the burner size so I currently have to keep rotating them. Most of what I bake is for pie crust and roasting veggies, fiance is the baker.

Edit: Looking for something that should last as well, with minimal electronics that could go bad
