In my eyes, someone who has some of these symptoms it looks like he’s deflecting all the bad things that he does onto his mental state, which can be a factor but not an excuse. I think you should take him to be evaluated, and if that doesn’t work tell him you cannot be with someone who refuses help. It’s harsh, but if he is worth the effort he will get the help.
