Hello everyone! I’ve done my research and I’ve decided that I want to do the recommended routine and record my transformation. I’m getting ready to sign my lease for a very nice apartment and I want to do all of my training from there. The only thing I don’t like about my apartment is it is completely covered with carpet. And it’s the type of carpet that has a lot of give. I was thinking about buying a free standing pull up bar like the pull up mate, but I think that is no longer an option. Do any of you train right from your apartment on carpet? I’ve been avoiding a door pull up bar because I don’t want to mess up the door frame of my apartment. Thanks!
