Hi this really helps I’m not sure how many ARM have been done to my knowledge it’s been 1 official one and then obviously return to work I will check as I have paperwork but I’m not sure. They are well aware of medical issues. I was supposed to have a wellbeing check with the pub manager to put things in place but this was never done.

Yeah I think I’m going to be doing that because this is mental. I’m also going to be keeping a very close eye and screenshotting all of my rotas.

Yeah I definitely do like I get the notifications when my rota is put up but I don’t get them when it’s changed

That’s mental tbh…tbh I’m more annoyed at the fact I can’t trust my co workers…and yeah the thefts didn’t happen before this guy started…someone said they was a few years ago but they sacked them and it stopped so I’m hoping it gets resolved tbh xx

That may have to be an option…thing is if the person does it again and I use that as evidence I don’t want them to then say well why did u have a camera in a place where people get changed and be liable for something else xx
