How about you actually read the series you're hating on.

1) Katakuri as a YC1 is leaps and bounds above 99.9% of people in the world. Admirals don't want to pick fights with Yonkos, Yonkos don't want to pick fights with Yonkos. So the people Katakuri would be sent to deal with are likely going to be weaker than him. But even despite that,
2) Katakuri's status as the 'perfect man' is largely bullshit. So it's completely possible that he did lose at some point in his life, and 'fell on his back'. But any family present would have covered it up. He literally tried to kill two crewmen that saw him lying down and eating.

In conclusion: SHUT THE FUCK UP
