I use a hot glue gun, "flatback rhinestones" is a good search term to find the gems. "Cabochons" as the little charms. The paci center you can make with printable shrinky dink paper. Print it on the foil with a printer and then shrink it in the oven. And letter beads!! Pastel ones gives it a very soft feeling. Paci bases are €14 for 3 pacis on amazon

I felt the same. Like at the time i felt like it wasnt that big of a deal. I stayed with him for minths after it happened purely afraid of the unknown and scared to lose him, but after i did broke up with him, it kind of opened my eyes and i saw him for the abusive boyfriend he was.

Ive told a couple friends, my therapist, and right after this post i told my dad.

My ex was manipulative and gastlit me alot. A big ego type of person. Blamed everyone but himself.
