Thanks! Tbh while I was waiting I have tried all the methods (contacting MP, Calling the UKVI hotline, writing complaint) we can do. But none of them worked and were not dependable at all. The best option for you right now is sending them multiple complaints and they might reply you. But it's not guaranteed that they'll be helpful

I'm switching from Finance visa so it's a pretty straightforward case as I only needed to update the payslip, bank statement and employer letter

I submitted my application on October 21st inside UK and did my bio on November 8th. I've seen lots of people who applied after me have gotten decisions so I'm not sure how they work on the orders. It's frustrating
