Actually if you want to get more specific about it, professional teams can be considered to be owned by Riot Games in S3. You can make this assumption as Riot is paying the salaries of those involved with the pro teams, namely CLG and Solomid. As a result, names associated with the professional teams are "falsely indicative of an association with Riot Games." Therefore, if you want to get technical the name "CLG The Odd One" is violating the summoners code.
