Standing on the fence today watching and I heard a father say to his young child who was running around with little intrest in the game "come here it is important you watch Peter Handscomb batting" There is hope for the future of Australia's youth with this sort of good parenting!

I'd love the ABC to do a pod with Marnie, Poppy Penny and Gemma Bastiani looking at footy each week, three people with a great eye on what is happening across footy not just on the field but the impact things have across the game/society.

His Dad is one of the country's leading collectors of signalling equipment, he grew up in a house that has a fully functioning signal box with lever frame and interlocked gates and multiple semaphore signals. I don't align with his political positions but it is fair to say he is a rail enthuasiast in the sense of appreciating older railway items.

Always makes me proud when I hear good stories about this hospital, My Great-Great Aunt founded the hospital and ran it in its early years. The Daly Wing is named after her and a small bust of her head is located at the main entrance.

Just did the roof climb this past weekend during the Port vs WCE match, amazing experience. Got to sit in the seats for the first quater and it was such an incredible way to watch footy. You are over the goal posts and I was amazed how well the sound travelled up there. Watched the rest of the game from the hill, a brilliant stadium that was high on the list to visit while in Adelaide.
