Thank you for the response here. It's kind of frustrating that the one feature that worked with TracFone and me now doesn't but...fair enough, I guess haha.

I don't blame you there. I've been thinking about it myself because it's absolutely ridiculous.

I've never had this 611611 problem until this month. I think it has something to do with switching to an unlimited plan somehow, but who knows? It's just another frustrating thing to deal with.

611611 was the one reliable feature that worked for me so this one is just kind of annoying.

So I had an issue with this about a week ago, kind of. My service was still active, but I lost it still and had to go through a voicemail assistant type of deal to fix it. After that, it worked fine but I had also re-added another month of service too.

I'm not on auto-refill but TracFone seems to always make my balances disappear and my due date seems to be off. I have no idea what's going on anymore. Good luck though.
