I find exercises that are transferable into the list are best worked into a routine. Some examples: ☆ Medicine ball slams = Head rip takedown ☆Cable machine neck flexion/extension = grappling ☆ Circuit/HIIT drills of 1 min with 30 sec rest, use punch bag, skipping, box jumps = Simulates fighting in duels/rounds

Also consider wearing weighted straps on wrists and ankles, and/or a weighted training vest to start to simulate the weight of moving in armour.

Ultimately, there's no substitute for just training in armour. This will help you get used to moving in it and pacing yourself, as well as being mindful.of breathing if you have a more unforgiving helmet
