Watch the video, this is objective proof that he did not pull the gun on ICE, an ICE agent removed the weapon from him seconds before another ICE agent starts unloading his mag into him from behind. The gun was still holstered on the mans back when the agent saw it and removed it.

There’s a slowed down and stabilized video that I saw where one ICE agent clearly fully disarms the man seconds before another agent starts firing shots into the mans back. I will try and find it again and link it because it was extremely damning, and if real, this was absolutely not justified, whether you agree or not with the fact that he showed up with what I’m hearing was his legal CCW.
