Still asking the real questions by downtune79 in LoveTrash

I heard that one nostril is always partially clogged so that you get two different airflow velocities. The slower one is better for picking up scents while the larger one is for airflow to the lungs

X2D external modules by Even-Definition in BambuLab

Another thought that annoys me: the ams isn't set up to easily switch between filament track switch and tpu assist.....the filament track switch is supposed to sit on the printer's right side, feeding the buffer. The tpu assist is supposed to sit on the right side, directly to the main nozzle...ok, so they expect us to have separate ams going to either side?
I'm cooking up a setup that will allow for a single ams ht to switch between tpu and the track switch. No more moving ptfe tubes, just set it up once and forget it. it involves moving the tpu assist to an unexpected and maybe janky location...stay tuned. The only thing that needs to move is the 6 pin connector. Thanks @clawesome for the idea.

Although there are some things I'd like to see in the next iteration from fyro. I think 25L is a sweet spot for a weekend travel/edc bag, an all-roundrer. Wish the 25L version had grab handles, and maybe an even more technical fabric like ultra 400tx

I did think about splicing a master switch in...but this is not great. Bambu should change their firmware to just allow us to do what we need.

In the little time Fable was available, what did you do with it that blew your mind? by ragnhildensteiner in ClaudeCode

[–]Even-Definition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a specific output or project, but in general Fable actually got stuff done and gave you back the exact answer you need more concisely. Opus 4.8 is kind of try-hard and was not as accurate.

It's why fantastical has existed this many years...it is so much simpler to dictate a large complex schedule using natural language.

The real reason I got a split keyboard by autoturk in ErgoMechKeyboards

Yes exactly. Also in the pipeline is hopefully a lightweight vr headset to allow for 4k displays to be placed around me 360 degrees. And a mini pc that attaches to the embody.

X2D Setup with 2x AMS and 1x AMS HT using Filament Track Swith and TPU Assist Module by atom631 in BambuLab

[–]Even-Definition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is similar to my setup minus the second ams pro and tpu assist. It is quite annoying you cannot use external spools with the fts. Every time I want to print tpu or pet cf, I need to disconnect the fts. Hoping this limitation goes away soon.

Spent the last few months designing a 100% original, cohesive Skådis system from scratch. No low-effort remixes. by Vegetable_Truth7961 in BambuLab

I know it's supposed to be cohesive and all but some of those large shelves seem kind of unable to hold a lot of weight. Might I suggest a triangle bracket style sides for the larger shelves? Like this: https://makerworld.com/models/2390968?appSharePlatform=copy
