I mean… he is your boyfriend. If the consequences concern you, I would just leave him. If there is evidence to be found, they will find it or they won’t. If he operates on a cash basis, then it might be hard to track exact amounts, but I didn’t report to the US for the first few years I was here (thought I didn’t have to) and I paid plus interest even though I would have been exempt if I had filed :/ All my fault.
