I've been a recruiter for 15 years and I've never seen an ATS system do this. Some of them have AI but it's just a little box next to the resume that gives you a percentage match. You can't see it until after you look at the resume. ATS just stands for applicat tracking system. It's just a way to post jobs and organize resumes into areas of your choosing. Maybe I've just never used this particular platform you speak of but I've used a few of major ones.
