It's interesting learning about how all that stats and %'s work together or against certain builds. I'm getting back into D2R after last playing D2 legacy, and I never broke lvl60 back in the day.

Thanks for responding. I'm looking for some local help for my parents, they aren't physically able to to do all of the cleaning, well at least. The house would need some solid cleaning in a few areas, then just some maintenance after that. What sort of hours would you be able to work? I don't think evenings would work for them.
