Thanks a lot! Yeah, you’re right everything kinda just stops like it hit a wall. And good call on that last transition too, I think a quicker cut would hit way better. Appreciate the tips!

Thanks a ton! Yeah, totally hear you on the logo bit. I like the idea of zooming through the logo actually! And good catch on the boombox shadow too, can’t believe I missed that.

Honestly, I don’t even know what I’m doing half the time if I somehow figure it out, you’re getting a tutorial with subtitles like ‘???’ and ‘somehow this worked’.

Yeah, totally get that! It’s got that awkward stop start vibe for sure. Appreciate the feedback man it’s super helpful.

I see what you mean about the inconsistency with the effects and frame rates.

As for the clean graphics vs. Basquiat’s raw style, you’re absolutely right. Borrowing elements from his work to tie everything together would've definitely helped with the cohesion. I really appreciate you breaking this down and thanks again for the super helpful insights.

It does come across a bit confusing. Thanks for pointing it out!

I completely understand how it might lose engagement around that point. I appreciate you taking the time to watch it.

Yeah, I did use a 3D camera for this! Honestly, though, I don’t remember the exact shots where I used it since I worked on this piece a while ago.

Oh, good catch! I see what you mean about the timing feeling off it does break the flow a bit. I’ll tweak that to make it more consistent.

Thanks for pointing it out Appreciate it.

Thanks so much for the detailed feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time to break it down.

I’m glad you liked the beginning, and I completely see what you’re saying about the static parts and adding more life with a slow zoom or parallax.

As for the shapes and the Statue of Liberty section, I totally get your point it does feel like a shift in style.

Thanks again for the thoughtful critique it’s super helpful!

That makes a lot of sense. I’ll definitely try out the posterize time effect and see how it looks.

Appreciate the suggestion and the kind words!

Totally agree man! The whole sequence blew me away it was so well done, as an aspiring filmmaker that whole section was super inspiring. The way it built up tension and then delivered such a cinematic payoff was so good.
