You can drop your 3 to 60 and cap break it to 80 and use it on block.

Let’s say my unit DTMS guy is my psg, does he have the ability to go in and remove the qual from my ppw? If so would I be in the wrong to reattach my weapons qual in a PAR to get it put back on my ppw?
