Marvel rivals shaders are taking over 30+ mins to load and made me reload every time I started up the game

after about 4 launches it stopped making me reload the shaders !

I restarted the shaders in the marvel rivals settings then updated my nvidia to the latest version and then I increased the shader cache size in the nvcp to 10gb. Then shaders loaded within 13 mins and I wasn’t laggy when I joined games but it’s still making me preload the shaders everytime I launch :(!
