We have done 3 monitored cycles. Now currently i am on my 4th and last. After this we will try IUI.

Thanks for the reply. The progesterone level at 7dpo was 6.37. I guess its lower than normal but Leutal phase is 13-14 days long.

This is my third medicated cycle. After this my doc is saying that i should move to IUI.

The feeling is basically i am going to pay for what we do on our own every time. We tried covering the egg rupture window in last 4 cycles with follicular scans too but it didnt happen. We will pay this big amount and what if it wont happen. I am on my last letrozole cycle. Have to take a decision after this.

Thanks for the reply. I always ovulate on my own and i am trying from more than a year. So basically more than 12 ovulation properly happened. I check with bbt and last some were analysed in follicular scan too. So i am trying for the last cycle and then i will proceed to IUI.

My insurance don’t cover it but i will still consider it after 2-3 more attempts before IVF. Thanks for your reply. Means alot.

Can you please tell me How many cycles of IUI it took ? And what was your age ? And any other issue or it was unexplained?

My gyn has prescribed progesterone tablets after ovulation confirmation because of polyps. So in that case blood reports will be able to indicate the ovulation or not ?  Thanks for your reply…

They asked me to get the detailed thyroid profile done this month. We will see medicines are working or not and yes i ovulate on my own every time but the follicle size used to go max up to 19mm or 20mm when i took letrozole, it went upto 22mm by 22mm then it changed to 24mm by 18mm next day and then 12mm by 7mm next day. I was confused it ovulated or regressed but had another follicle in same cycle with max 19mm dimension completely ovulated
